ice cream

L.O create a detailed plan for making icecream                                          31~05~17

aim: making ice cream in half an hour without a freezer

equiptment
crushed ice
rock salt
half and half
sugar
vanilla extract
gloves
1 big zip lock back
2 mini zip lock bags
measuring equipment

method:
1~ fill the jar half full with crushed ice and 6 tablespoons of rock salt.
2~ mix it up
3~ put gloves on cause the zip lock bag will be cold.
4~ 1 and a half cup half and half and 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 and a half teaspoons on vanilla in a ziplock bag.
5~ seal and place the bag inside of the other bag and put it in the large bag
6~ mix it up for about 20 minutes
7~remove it from the bag and enjoy!
